Good afternoon, I'm awaiting an order that was sent to Mozambique with the this tracking code: RG027338021CN. I would like to know the forecast arrival of this package. Since 22 of November that shows "The plane arrives at the port, the plane arrives at the port (arrival at the transit point)" in the tracking website.

my package LV499016027CN has been “in transit” for more than 5 days now. Before that it has been in “handed over to the carrier for transportation” fore more than 10 days.
So could you tell me why is it stuck in transit for more than 5 days .
