Hi, my tracking number is EV003985919CN. It says it’s arrived in Regional Sorting Centre since 18 Nov; it’s been stuck there for 21 days now, and no updates since. The final destination is the UK. Can someone please help me with this please? Thanks in advance!

The package is in transit for 28 days. The last update on package location received on April 8.
What it is stuck for so long in transit?
Is there any other way to fasten it?
Is my parcel lost or what?

Hi, my package UU216523076CN has been "in transit in transit station" for 12 days now.
What does this status mean ? Can you give more informations about the location of my package ? Should I be worried about this ?
