my last info is that the package was delivered to shenzhen air transport on 30/11 but nothing has changed since the delivery date was supposed to be yesterday 09/12 tracking number is LO539800266CN

It left China on Nov. 30 and is in transit to the Belgium now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
