My package arrived almost week ago in the Shanghai Facility Center but never left the facility. Is it lost? HP351119140877

It's shipped by He Ping Logistics (禾平物流). If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
