Package in Secondary Or Regional Processing since July 13

My package, tracking No. UJ507326544CN has been in the "secondary processing center" or "regional sorting center" in San Francisco, USA for more than three weeks - since July 13, 2020. Please tell me status and when I can expect delivery. Is there anything I can do to help?

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since July 13. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
The package was given to you, China Post, for delivery. You, China Post, should know where it is. How is it more complicated than that. The USPS cannot track the package with that tracking number. You say talk to seller. Seller says talk to China Post. This is theft.

We are only a tracking platform for packages. If the package couldn't be delivered in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution. The seller should contact China Post directly to further check it. China Post is hard for people outside China to get connected. The seller should not let you contact China Post. If it couldn't be delivered in time, they could get compensation from China Post and you should get solution from the seller directly as your have contract with the seller not China Post.
