My package LY219377307CN has not changed status since May 12, 2020. It says it has been processed through facility FUZHOU EMS, CHINA. When will it actually ship to the US?

Hi Laura Estes,

The package is not normal. It should have be reached the US but hasn't. If there is still no update in the next week, it has the chance of lost. Then, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
