I am tracking parcel CJ188312808US which was mailed on 7/14/21 and the parcel is being shown held in Customs in Ningbo, China. Can you please provide me the address of the Ningbo Customs so that the recipient may be able to retrieve the package as it contains his high school diploma. The package was sent to Kaichen Jin and was sent from Linsly School, Mr. Justin Zimmerman, 60 KNox Lane, Wheeling, WV USA

I sent a package on December 9th 2020 to my son in Ningbo. According to tracking information it has been in Ningbo customs since 22nd December 2020. Can you please advise if there's a problem with the parcel. To date my son has not been phoned to arrange pickup or delivery.
