Package held up in Fuzhou since 3/20/20

My package #LY023220384CN has been in transit in Fuzhou since 3/20/20. I contacted seller and he said there’s nothing he can do that it’s you all that need to ship it. I understand the issues with covid-19 but this has been well over a month. Terrible customer service. Can you give me any idea of when this item will arrive or if someone just keeps items there at the processing center and if I will never receive it. Thanks!

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Return Goods to Ebay in Fuzhou has been held in Customs for a week (1 reply)

I sent "return goods" back to Ebay in Fuzhou, China. The tracking number is LK650074532US. It has been held in customs since June 12. What do I need to do? I sent all of the customs paperwork and attached it to the box. Could you please help me so that it can be delivered to Ebay and I can get my refund?

Hi Daisy, I have a package that's being held in customs in FUZHOU, CHINA. It has been there since January 11, 2021. I am returning a pair of shoes that I purchased from a website called "DHgate". They offer refunds if you return the merchandise within 30 days of shipping and I shipped it out on December 30, 2020. I have 9 more days left or I will not receive me refund for my order. Could you please let me know why the package of shoes is being held? Tracking number is CH121514715US.
