Can someone please help me with a # to call to talk with someone about getting this package sent back to me or delivered back to the merchant??

You need to contact the receiver in China and let the receiver in China to call the customs 0771-4977151 to return it back to you.

My package is currently held in Nanning Customs for over a week now. It is a returned goods (jewelry) to the seller and I shipped back to them using USPS.
