Package Held in Customs

EV050374045CN it's Held in Customs since 29th May. And they didn't contact me since the for paying something or paperwork. I contacted shein to reject it but it seems that they can't do anything about it so I am waiting for nothing right now. What can I do? I CAN'T contact the customs, [email protected] thats my e mail but they are not reaching me. What's gonna happen? I cannot take my money or my package. Help me please.

I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?
