My package is stuck in customs in China for a long time. Is something wrong? Is there a payment that I should make? I have no contact number or e mail belongs them. Track ID is EV050374045CN please help...

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.
