Package held in customs

I sent a package of returns to China 9/9/21. It's been held in customs in Hefei A, China. I've been checking tracking & now saying pending declaration by recipient to customs 9/30/21. Tracking #LH150423897US. Could you help me out with this, as am not sure what to do. This was a return & is pending my refund due to me of $200. Please help.

I did try to contact the receiver 2 time with no response from them. What happens if they do not contact customs to receive package? I was returning merchandise that I had purchased from them & was returning for a refund of $200 from them. Could they decide not to get so they don't have to refund me? Thanks for your help.

Hi, now the seller won't respond to my emails. I have tried several times to reach out to them regarding my package and don'the know if they did actually receive a notice from customs or not. I did inform them, but have not heard anything. Because they would owe me money for a refund of returned merchandise and this way they don'the have to refund me the money. Is there anything that can be done about this for them to get package and refund me. Thank you for your help.

It needs the cooperation of the receiver in China. If they don't declare, it will be returned back to you later in most case.

It's waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
