Package held in China customs since Jan 7th

Hello, My tracking number is LH125445167US and my package has been held in customs Guangzhou since January 7th. Please advise why it is not being delivered?

Hi Yasmina Kloosterboer,

It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
