Package held in China Customs ?

I returned some sunglasses by USPS Priority that were purchased from a seller on DHgate. USPS tracking # CH146479489US

The package is in China but says “held by customs” …. What’s going on? Will the seller get these glasses back? I’m trying to get my refund from the seller!

It's waiting the customs in China to release now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
