Package held for three weeks in customs. Why?

My name is Luke and I sent a package well over a month ago now and it has been in customs for over three weeks. I am sending this email to find out why it is still in customs, if there is a problem with the package and what can be done to get the package delivered? Tracking No. CF153693200AU
