My package (number: CH137449245US) has been held at the Chengdu Customs since July 2. How much longer should I wait?
USPS has contacted China Post multiple times since July 2, and provided cell phone number of the recipient. How many more times should this repeat?

The recipients have not been contacted. They are elderly and they cannot travel, they cannot use online systems. What is needed? I am the sender, and please let me know what I can do for them.
Thank you!
Thank you!

If the package is lost, let the USPS know.
If it is not lost, isn't it your responsibility to deliver it? It's been held for nearly 2 months. Does anyone care?
Worst service.

Hi yongmeil,
You'd better let the receiver call China customs service number 12360 to check. We are not China Post but a tracking platform. We couldn't deal with the package for you.

What if the recipients are elderly people and they cannot travel or play with the cell phone. For this population in China, how do you do your job? Isn't your job to SERVE people, not the other way around?
It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
