Package held by customs now shows expired

Went to the post office to check on my parcels and they couldnt provide me any info about my parcel. How do i contact the Philippine Customs? Do we have a specific number to call? My parcel already shows expired too, im worried now. Please let me know what to do and its fill details please. Thank you.
