Package held at customs in Guangzhou

Hello. Do you have advice on how to get a package released from customs in Guangzhou? My order (RH002617201US) has been held for the past 5 weeks. I am attempting to return merchandise for a refund but my vendor will not contact customs on my behalf. It is valued at about $75. Can I contact customs myself or do I have to hire a logistics consultant? How much would that cost? Thank you.

Hi CCA,

You couldn't contact the customs from abroad. If the vendor doesn't cooperate to contact the customs, it couldn't be released.
