Package hasn't updated in a month

My package (EV959468637CN) has been stuck on "Flight Departure" for a month now and this is getting ridiculous. The order started March 6 2021 and it is now April 7 2021 and there have been no changes in tracking. There weren't any issues with this in February when i got the same exact package in a week. What on earth is going on??
