Package hasn’t moved since 2 weeks Wuhan City, Export Swap Bureau retained

When I tracked the package it has said Wuhan City, Export Swap Bureau retained 8 times since 2022-03-29 16:24 to 2022-04-07 08:02 and hasn’t moved since. Did my package not get past customs?

You'd better track it in the following days to see. If it's retained for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.
