Package hasn't moved in 2 months, can I return to sender?

Hi, my tracking number is RO900009123HK, and my package hasn't moved in two months. It says it left the country of origin April 24th, but I think it's jist waiting in a warehouse. Has it actually left China? If not, could I possible get it sent back to sender if I wanted to?

Is there a number or email the seller can contact to ask for the parcel to be shipped back to them?
They were only going based off of the tracking information, which said the package left China, which according, was actually false.

In most case, it couldn't be sent back to the seller once it's shipped.

It's in the warehouse of Hong Kong Post now. You need to contact the seller to ask if it could be cancelled.
