Package hasn't moved for over a month

Hi, I've been waiting for a package for about a month and a half and it hasn't moved for a while is that normal? Here's the tracking number: LY221405219CN

As for right now it seems to be normal. Both my parcels haven't moved since a month, stuck at a sorting center. All you can do is either wait or contact the seller.
