My package hasn't arrived since july. The tracking code is EV927180495CN

@Daisy yes I know, I already contacted them and they said that I had to try to contact you. What do I do with my package lost? what can I do? there's no update since July and the last thing it says is "Shanghai, has been handed over to the carrier transport". What do I do now? If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper. We are only a tracking platform for packages and couldn't deal with the package. China Post couldn't be get connected for you in Chile. The seller could contact China Post easily. The seller should contact China Post directly to find the problem and give you a solution.
