Package hasn't arrived 2 months after flight departure

I still haven't received my package, tracking number is #LZ742529875CN it says the flight should have departed at march 29th but it still hasn't arrived till this date, I've been waiting almost 2 months for my package, could I ask when I will receive it?

Hi Alex,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Netherlands after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

my package LV585964854CN is in "airline departure" since 2/10/22 why is it so long? i also have another did it even leave china? is it stuck in customs? is it lost? it doesnt make sense that it got on a flight 10 days ago and it still hasnt arrived in israel

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:
