Package has not updated tracking after departing processing center after 30 days

I ordered a package off of DHgate back in April and have been waiting for it to arrive. The last update was on April 23rd 2024 saying it had departed dongguanshi processing center. It is not May 25th and the package has not been updated with any other tracking information. What do I do and what is going on??? It’s never taken over 30 days for mail to be sent from China to the US.
