Package has not moved in over 10 days

My package has not moved since august 7th, what do I do about this? Is it lost??? It’s shipping to the USA from China.

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.
