Package has not "moved" in 30 days

Our packages (tracking #s CY001244865CN & CY001244874CN) were shipped on June 10th, and the last post on any website as to the tracking was on June 12th:
2021-06-12 18:53:11 Airlines Departure
2021-06-12 13:19:57 Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit
We have spoken with the suppliers and they say they have complained to Post Office several times. How long should I wait to get a refund?

Hi Ogrefreek,

They are sent by a cheap way of China Post and takes 40-90 days to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi I have a package that is has in transit for 61 days and it has not moved for the past almost 40 days. Can you please tell me what is going on? I can't imagine why it hasn't moved in that amount of time. Tracking is AS437296582CN.
