Package has not gotten on a plane for over 2 weeks

Hi, my package EV004940030CN has been stuck on “ Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)” since November 27th. Is there any issues for why it cannot get on a plane?

Hi,
Just a question - I understand that there is a lot involved to get a package shipped from China, and from time of order to the time it gets on a plane it can take some time, especially with Covid, but my question is - once it's on the plane and in the air why would it take 4 weeks+ to travel to it's destination (In my case Canada) when that flight is within a day?
