Package Has Not Been Delivered, Shows As Arrived At Sorting Facility

Hello, I am wondering how to go about filing a claim for a package which was sent from China? The Tracking # for China Post AS810963517CN shows as Arrived at Sorting Center USA in December 21, 2022 but has yet to be delivered. I have had trouble contacting anyone about the package so trying to see if you can help. I appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you, Albert Romero

Hi aromero1990,

It may be lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking shows that my package departed from the sorting facility in Dongguan, Guangdong 5 days ago, I have received no other updates. My tracking number is AG273683986CN.
Could I please get an update on this?
