Package has not arrived, it shipped in April, its now August

HI - My tracking number is CP426839552CN
I had a package that was sent out April 12 2021
June 21 I see this "Arrival at the Destination KY - Flight arrival - KY" and now has sat there for until now Aug 3 2021

Is this lost or destroyed, or is there still a chance it arrives despite it being 4 months now? I can't find info on the KY location to call or email to ask if there was a problem or a whatever I can do it get it moving again.

Hi BrianA,

It couldn't be tracked after it's in your country. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
