I ordered a book to be delivered to me in Hangzhou from the UK, but it has not arrived after five weeks. Is there any way I can check on its progress?

further to my previous question about my package that has not arrived in Hangzhou, I'm afraid I don't have a tracking number. Is there any other information (e.g. my address) that could help us to locate it?

You can call China Post service number +86 10 11183 (then 8 for English service) to check it.

Do you have the tracking number for the package? It's hard to know where it is without knowing the tracking code.
