Package has been stuck in Shanghai for over 2 weeks

My package that I ordered on the 23 of last month was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I have not had tracking updates for over 2 weeks. I used China postal tracking, usps tracking, and 17 but still nothing. My tracking number is CP378169529CN. I’d like to know what’s going on because it’s been stuck in Shanghai for 2 weeks

Most of the packages are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to US which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update.
