Package has been stuck in Guangzhou since August 9th

My package has been ‘processed through facility’ for over 2 weeks. EA502681282CN, there’s no ETA, I keep getting told it’s 15-20 days but it’s about to be that in the next 2 days.

Hi Nycguy88,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. EMS is not as fast as before. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives. To my experience, it should be reached in early September.

It hasn’t moved. At all so I don’t think September 10th. Could it possibly be lost?

last update on package LY380013865CN was on 2 August and says "Guangzhou, leave [Guangzhou International Center], next stop [Guangzhou International Exchange Station] (transit)." Before that on 1 August is said "Guangzhou, has been delivered by airline." Is this normal amount of time with no further updates?
