Package has been stuck in customs

Package has been stuck in customs and has not moved. Sender says customs has not reached out. How can I get my parcel to get sent.

Hi cmena,

You need to let the seller refund you or send one again as it has been stuck at the customs for a long time and you couldn't receive it. The sender should contact the customs by calling 12360.

my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.

Received a email stating my package was stuck in customs waiting inspection. When I pulled it up it's saying accepted. Does that mean it's no longer stuck in customs and on the way to me?
