The parcel shows it has arrived in Bucharest but has not been updated for 15 days. Tracking number
RV527991237CN
Can you please tell me what is happening?

Hi Marcus,

It's still stuck in Bucharest now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

My parcel with tracking number RV512764168CN has been showing the status "Bucharest, get to the place of arrival" for almost one month now, since December 8, 2020. Does that mean it's in Bucharest and awaiting customs inspection or is it still someplace else and hasn't reached Bucharest yet?
