Package has been on flight to UK for over a week

On the 16th of August, I got a notification to say that my package was on an outbound flight from China to the UK. It is now the 22nd of August and it still hasn’t been updated. I feel like the item hasn’t left China yet when the expected delivery date is supposed to be in 2 days

Hi Josh,

It should have not left China. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in UK.
