Package has been in Shanghai for over a month

I ordered from aliexpress, but the tracking is stuck on "shanghai, delivered to air transport". I know it takes a while, but I haven't seen an update for a month. Seller tells me to ask my local carrier, but I don't think the package made it to the US. help?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

Parcel stuck transferring to shanghai for 1 month (2 replies)

I shipped 2 parcels on the 13th of April and they have been stuck on 'Shanghai, arriving at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station (via transfer)' for one month now.
I shipped 2 more parcels on the 22nd of April (after the previous two) and these ones already arrived and were delivered to me.

It does not take 1 month to transfer from Hangzhou to Shanghai.. from previous experience it always updates in one day to say 'arrived in Shanghai'

Do you know whats happening with these parcels, were they lost while transferring?
