My package hasn’t gotten an update in almost 2 weeks and it’s been stuck on “Handed over to air carrier,

My package has been at handed over to airline for 10 days and has already passed the expected delivery date.
The package is via EMS express - EV940289735CN
Please help, has the package gone missing as it obviously doesn’t take 19 days to fly from China to the U.K.
