Package has been at processing center for 2 weeks

I ordered this package on December 15th, it arrived to Canada on the 19th of January, it's been sitting at "Arrival at Processing Center" and "Arrival At Desination" for 2 weeks as of tomorrow. Is this normal?

Hi Tanner,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in Canada. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
