Package handed to carrier over 60 days ago

Hi my package number is Lv439548417CN, tracking says it was handed over to the carrier on the 12th of March but that is over 60 days ago which is longer than the time suggested on this website. I've contacted the sender but in the meantime I'm wondering if I can do anything else to make sure the package isn't lost or be provided further information if you have any?

Hi laskty,

There is no update after March 12. It may be delayed or lost. You need to let the seller require China Post to do a formal trace investigation and give you a solution in time.
