Package handed to airline

Hello my package has been stuck in transit for 20 days I have been told it could take up until the 25th but wth only 5 days left I am concerned as other people have received the same packages just fine
the shipper has given me no other updates or information other than it is stuck due to covid
are there any updates or will it be shipped out over the next 5 days

Hi Kay,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. EMS is also delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
