Please help me not to loose my package.
I bought a pair of boots from ioffer seller and the package has been handed by customs over two months ago. The seller disappeared.

The situation is very complicated. I'm very sad. I can pay the tax for the customs. I just want to know hear from them. I already contacted ioffer but they didn't help me to solve the problem. So bad when we trust someone thinking they can be nice and this are so bad

In general, the seller should contact the customs or China Post to deal with it. As the seller disappeared, could you open a dispute to ioffer to ask your money back? It's hard for you to contact customs in China.
It's stuck in Zhengzhou customs. Their phone number is (0371)65599000. But I think you couldn't get connected with them smoothly. They only speak Chinese. So, it's hard for you to communicate.
