Package from US to China Stuck in Transit

My package CH142126194US hasn’t been updated in 15 days and strangely, it hasn’t been delivered in the time frame it’s expected to. The updates also don’t show the process at exchange bureaus or any details, just a departure from Beijing. China Post tracking shows the package last updated 8/26 and says it didn’t leave the US. What’s going on here?

You'd better let the receiver in China contact China Post directly by calling 11185 to further check it for you. To my experience, there should be problem for the address that makes it stuck.

What's the destination city? It seems that it couldn't be tracked after it arrives in China.
