I am awaiting a package from America. It was sent via UPS. Please help me to locate my package. The tracking number is given below.

Hi Gayatri,

You can check its trace from UPS official websit. I check it for you and found:
Edgewood, NY, United State: 09/27/2016 8:00 P.M. -- Package transferred to post office.
Edgewood, NY, United States: 09/26/2016 5:59 P.M. -- Package processed by UPS Mail Innovations origin facility.
Bensenville, IL, United States: 09/23/2016 9:37 A.M. -- Package received for processing by UPS Mail Innovations.
United States: 09/21/2016 7:56 P.M. -- Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations.

I think it's not in China now. Another situation is that UPS tracking system couldn't track it when it's in China. You can let the receiver in Shanghai call 8008208388 or 4008208388 which is UPS hotline in China to ask if it has been in China.
