Package from Lithuania transit to Vietnam

I have a package have been sent from Lithuania to Vietnam transit via China, the time to transit take almost 24 days in China. Now the package in Datong Post Office, please help me to check when the package will leave your office to destination country (Vietnam) ?. The package tracking number is: RN312035813LT

It's strange for the package from Lithuania to Vietnam transit via China and via Datong City. Tracking details show it arrived in Datong Yuhe Post Office on Nov. 21 and the postman tried to deliver it then it was returned back. China Post may think the destination is Datong not Vietnam by mistake I think. You'd better contact China Post by calling 11185 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to the package.

Thank you very much for your reply my question on 24/11/2016. My package tracking number is RN312035813LT sent from Lithuania to Vietnam , on the package has written clearly the destination address is Vietnam and with the telephone number ( +84-919961118) is Vietnam too so I think it is nothing mistake. Because I am from Vietnam so it's very difficult to contact China Post as your advise me, so please help me to contact China Post to ask what happened to my package. Thank you very very much for your help.

I m the sender of the packet with ID (from Belgium) EA166393844BE. The country destination is Vietnam Ho Chi Minh city. Is it normal the packet transits in China first?
Has the packet already been sent to Vietnam? I don't have any new status from the 4th of january.
