Package from America to Germany somehow ended in China

My friend send me a present for Christmas. She is from America and it was supposed to arrive in Germany a month ago. I saw that it somehow ended up in China. Please send me the package. She put a lot of work into the present she said.

The tracking number is: LH186544248US

Hi C.Broer,

It has left China in January and is in transit to Germany. As it has been a long time that you still don't get it, you'd better contact USPS to check it for you.

Hello, my name is Larry and I'm trying to figure out a way to send 4 boxes with the dimensions of 80x50x60 to America. I have tried using the EMS APP on Alipay where the courier can pick up the parcels at my address. It only works if you're shipping within China. I'm wondering if I should go to the China Post or EMS locations within the city however, I can't bring all four packages at one time. I also don't know any nearby locations for China Post or EMS?
