no update for weeks, need this package asap. please where is it, it shouldnt take this long to resolve the issue. I am urging you to fix this shipment asap pleasee. seller telling me shipment is being sent back due to rejection but why is it taking so long. It should have been sent and reshipped by now. Please anyone help
