Package expired, stuck in Beijing

My parcel RV395868004CN has been stuck in Beijing since 5/25/2020, now it shows it is expired, is the package lost?

Hi Hm1997,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. It should be reached around July 25. You'd better wait for more days to see.

I would highly appreciate it if you find out why the package got stuck (or, possibly, it was lost?). Is there any hope that the package will be delivered?
