Hi Polina Duchon,

It's stuck in Toronto. If you couldn't receive it in this month, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello my package arrived at the 29th of december in a "port". Does it mean it arrived Germany? I called my regional delivery service and they said that they didnt receive anything and said its most likely lost ... Im not sure tho if i should believe it
