package did not show up after being deliverd

the package was supposed to be delivered and signed for but have not recived it. I reached out to the place I bought the stuff from and they said the shipping address and tracking code was right from the logistics company. the package tracking number is AS020841574CN. no one wold have picked it up for me and I know it was not stole. please look into this matter.
